A nurse who started her career working in a local hospital, Ms. Field took a bold step in 1995 when she invested her life savings to establish ProAction. Her initial mission was to support educational opportunities, and since then, ProAction has continued to grow, benefiting the community through scholarship programs. Additionally, the organization has trained numerous EMT students who’ve gone on to serve their community with their life-saving medical skills.
